“Whew so, if you don't like accountability - KAramel is NOT the Coach for you. This is not a game. lol If you're not serious about making changes - like for real, REAL changes - yeah, don't waste your time nor hers. She doesn't play. lol

But on the flip side of that -

If you're ready to really grow, embrace ease, find parts of yourself you lost while being a worker, mother, wife, etc.... a good few sessions with her will do you good.

I know I have not arrived completely but in two months, my life is a whole lot more organized, I am seeing emotional growth, mental peace, and believing in myself in ways that I haven't in a long time.

Sometimes you need a little help getting back balanced. Cause listen... Feeling stuck in a cocoon is NOT life!
