Awesome One, today I want to tell you that Happiness and Success are simply decisions and follow through. Nothing more, nothing less.
I have EVERY reason to be depressed, self hurting, self medicating, and dysfunctional; and for 10 years I WAS. My sad stories were my mantras: “I’m in pain”; “I’ve been hurt”; “No one loves me”; “I’ve been compromised”; “I’m angry”.
And so the Universe (as it ALWAYS does with whatever we tell it), MULTIPLIED my mantras, and they were my reality.
One day about 2 years ago, I made a decision. I was TIRED of being depressed, sad, hurt, angry and dysfunctional. And EVERY day since then, I have followed through.
The road is NOT magical – let me warn you!! LOL The work of untying knots within yourself, cleaning out dusty places full of hoarded painful memories, and fixing the broken mirror through which you see yourself, is looong, painful, tiring and difficult.
But you know what? With EVERY step forward, with EVERY instance where you recognise how you’ve been hurting yourself, settling, and allowing others to continue to compromise you, you get closer to your dream life!
